Wings are always a good call. It’s football time in Tennessee, and if you are looking for an easy recipe, this is it! No need to go to a restaurant – you can cook restaurant-quality wings at home.

Items You Will Need:

  • Smoker
  • Air fyer
  • Chicken Wings (Found at most grocery stores)
  • Favorite Seasoning and / or Rub
  • Favorite Sauce

Step One: Preheat the Smoker

Preheat the smoker to 225. Time varies – expect about 10 – 15 minutes.

Step Two: Prepare the Wings

Cover the chicken wings in your favorite seasoning or rub. Next, thoroughly cover the wings in a complementary sauce (optional). Options include: buffalo, lemon pepper, BBQ, ranch, etc.

Step Three: Place Wings on Smoker

Once preheated, place the wings in the smoker and smoke for an hour. You do not need to turn or rotate the wings.

Step Four: Remove the Wings from Smoker and Cook in Air Fryer.

Place the wings in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes on each side at 360 degrees. Turn the heat up to 390 degrees and cook an additional 5 – 7 minutes – flipping the wings half way through the total time.

Step Five: Drizzle with Sauce.

Remove the wings from the air fryer and drizzle with sauce. Serve with sauce and celery or other side items.
